doctor said he is growing great, a smart little boy and looking good! i mentioned to her that at his 2 year they said if his speech was still a little off by 3 then they would want him to do some speech therapy. she said she didnt think that necessary and then i had her listen to some words that owen has trouble staying: world and Granddad. she said we'll just keep an eye on it for now. but in the meantime to read to him a lot and to slow down our pronunciation. he got his finger poked to check his iron, that made him real sad :( i think he wasnt expecting it to hurt so it caught him off guard. poor guy.

doctor said he dropped in percentile by quite a bit, in both weight and length. she said to feed him 3x a day (which no i did not do before), and to give him some extra calories. so we'll have to work on that. he has ONE TOOTH! :) he is still doing great with sleeping through the night! lastnight he woke up 2 times but would go right back to sleep. i think tonight will be better, he just needed to get back into routine from being thrown off from the weekend.
im tired. i feel like we've been so busy lately and i feel like i have not seen caleb forever! we had an awesome weekend with family. hanging out, playing games, yummy food, and good chats! AND jess taught me how to crochet :) not that i needed another project haha.
owen is doing great with preschool. monday he kept telling me he didnt want to go but once we got there he went right in and i had to remind him to say bye to me :) every monday is show and tell so he chose to take his little motorcycle. i wish i couldve heard him telling his class about it :) i wonder what he said. i wish i could have a video camera and just watch him and see how he does when im not around!
