Tuesday the boys and I headed to my parents house and they were able to go their church VBS for the night. They had a blast. On Wednesday we went to Fair Oaks farm. We were able to watch a calf being born and the boys talked about it the whole next day. They told the sweet Lady at Panera sitting beside us and the ladies at the eye glasses store, "We saw a cow being pooped out of its Mommy's bum!!"
Jonah starts soccer in a couple weeks. Nothing major, no games or anything like that. But he sure is excited to have something of his own.
Its my goal to start using my actual camera more (instead of my phone....though its so convenient!) I really havent taken pictures since the fall and I miss it! Which is good because I was really dreading it and was hoping a 'break' would help me not lose my love completely! Im trying to talk Caleb into a new early Christmas present ;)
Jonah and Owen have been getting along a lot better. Which is a relief to this Mama's heart! They still have their normal brotherly squabbles but its not all day long like it used to be. Right now they are both back into Hero Factories. The Hero Factory bin wasn't touched for a good few months but thats now the main thing they play with all day long. Ezra has skipped the baby toys and is loving Playmobil guys.
On the way to my parents house the other day Jonah asked from the back seat "You know my friend Megan who's a boy?" "No??" "He came over before. Member??" Owen and I were trying to figure out who he may have been talking about, asking "how old is he? and what does he look like?" Jonah kept saying "We played in my room and told secrets." Apparently he has an imaginary friend, who is a boy named Megan.
It's Friday at 5:25...Caleb will be home soon!! :)
